Q. Can you give me a little more information about the 3-hour "Real You Consultation"?
A. It was created to educate, enlighten and inform. During the session you will try on clothes and together you and Sara will discover what silhouettes, fabrics and colors are the most flattering for your body type. If any body challenges exist wardrobe solutions will be implemented. Your lifestyle is also taken into consideration as well as any other concerns you may have, such as dressing age appropriately.

Q. Where do we meet?
A. Unless other arrangements are made, you will meet at Mall of America, in Macy’s women’s shoe department (on the second floor.) Sara will use the responses from your New Client Questionnaire as well as a brief discussion when she meets you to determine what store will be the best to begin your session.

Q. What do I need to do to prepare for the meeting?
A. To get the most out of your session we would like for you to complete the New Client Questionnaire to the best of your ability. It is also helpful if you wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable and easy to get in and out of.

Q. What will we actually do during that meeting?
A. Together, you and Sara will discover what looks best on you in terms of color, shapes and fabric. Sara will also work to instill practical knowledge that will help you make better wardrobe choices for yourself.

Q. Will we do any shopping during the Real You Consultation?
A. This program was created to primarily educate and inform. You do not have to purchase the clothing, however you are welcome to do so if you choose. The vast majority of Sara’s clients do make purchases.

Q. Do you offer any programs for mature woman interested in updating their age appropriate dressing?
A. The Real You Consultation can certainly serve that need. But, as always, Sara is more than willing and very interested in customizing sessions for any need or topic. Please feel free to ask.

Q. What payment arrangements do you offer?
A. A 50% deposit is requested to reserve your appointment. We accept cash, check and money orders. Your deposit can be mailed to us.

Q. What is the first step?
A. Contact us by using the Get Started button, or the Contact Us form, and let us know which service you are interested in, i.e. Real You Consultation w/Sara, Personal Shopping, Closet Therapy, Girls’ Party, Graduate Program or a Wardrobe Seminar. We will follow up with you to discuss the details. 

Q. Do you have any "before & after" (or even just "after") photos that you can share? 
A. Unfortunately, we do not have any photos of clients to share. We always think of our services as confidential so we’ve never asked any of our clients to pose for photos. We have also found that clients have individual needs and concerns that may vary from others, which potentially makes it difficult to be compared to anyone else. Sara prides herself on honoring each client’s individuality and also listening to them as she strives to work with them to meet their objectives.
